Chai Rasta currently delivers across selected serviceable locations in India.

Delivery availability may vary depending on courier service coverage and operational constraints.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are to be borne by the purchaser.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

Free Shipping Offer

Orders with a total purchase value above ₹2,000 are eligible for free shipping.

Chai Rasta reserves the right to modify or withdraw free shipping offers at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Public holidays or unforeseen operational issues

5. Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, customers may receive shipment or tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.

Chai Rasta shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Recipient unavailability

Additional shipping charges, if applicable, for re-delivery must be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged Shipments

If a package is received in damaged condition, customers must:

  • Record a continuous unpacking video before opening the package
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

Claims without sufficient unpacking video evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work closely with our logistics partners, Chai Rasta is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

In case of lost shipments confirmed by the courier partner, our team will assist in resolving the issue as per applicable policies.
