At Chai Rasta, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with proper packaging and hygiene standards. Due to the nature of food and beverage products, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under strict quality verification guidelines.

1. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

Chai Rasta does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any orders.

All purchases must be completed through prepaid payment methods available on the website.

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund request will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product received in unusable condition

To process any claim, customers must provide sufficient video evidence as outlined below.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any replacement or refund, customers must submit:

  • A clear and continuous unpacking/unboxing video
  • Video must begin before opening the package
  • Shipping label and package condition must be clearly visible
  • Product damage or issue must be clearly shown in the video

Claims submitted without proper unpacking video evidence will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Claim Submission Timeline

All replacement or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage
  • Orders without valid unpacking video evidence
  • Customized or special-order items

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank

7. Replacement Process

If a replacement is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped based on product availability
  • Chai Rasta reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement where necessary

8. Order Cancellation

Orders once placed may not be cancelled after dispatch.

For cancellation requests before dispatch, customers may contact our support team.

9. Chai Rasta’s Right to Reject Claims

Chai Rasta reserves the right to reject any replacement or refund request if:

  • Evidence provided is insufficient or unclear
  • The claim appears fraudulent or misleading
  • The request does not comply with this policy
